SIGNS YOU NEED ACTIVEPURE TECHNOLOGY AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
ActivePure® Technology can ACTIVELY remove harmful contaminants, pollutants, allergens, and toxins from the air, and on surfaces, which can improve indoor air quality and reduce the risk of getting sick.
1
ALLERGY SYMPTOMS
Sneezing, headaches, itchy eyes, and a runny nose can be signs of airborne allergens, especially if symptoms worsen at night. Allergy triggers like pollen, dust, pet dander, or mold can also cause asthma flare-ups.
2
ODORS
Musty smells or odors that persist, even after cleaning, could indicate poor indoor air quality.
3
DUST
If surfaces quickly become dusty after cleaning, it could be a sign of poor air quality.
HOW DOES ACTIVEPURE WORK?
Units with ActivePure Technology pull free oxygen and water molecules in the air through ActivePure’s patented honeycomb matrix. The technology creates powerful oxidizers, known as ActivePure Molecules, that are then released back into the room, where they seek and destroy DNA and RNA viruses including SARS-CoV-2 (novel coronavirus), Swine Flu (H1N1), Avian Bird Flu (H5N8), Hepatitis A (HAV) and MS2 bacteriophage, regardless of their size, on surfaces and in the air.

ActivePure® technology utilizes shortwave UV light to illuminate a “target” surface. The target is a honeycomb matrix treated with a proprietary photocatalytic coating consisting of Titanium Dioxide and a few transition metals to enhance the overall catalytic effect.

WHAT'S THE HARM OF POOR INDOOR AIR QUALITY?
Indoor air is vented inside from the outdoors. But that doesn’t necessarily mean the outdoors air is clean, nor does it mean once it’s in the house that it remains clean, even if it begins clean. The outside air can contain many pollutants that are now trapped inside your home and can make their way to you. On the other hand, if the outdoor air is clean, it can still become contaminated once inside. Indoor air can be affected by many factors, especially anything that releases particles or gas, or causes combustion. There are many sources falling under these categories, such as personal-care and cleaning products, building materials, air fresheners, furnishings, carpets, tobacco, fuel products (kerosene, gas, oil, coal, wood), and the list goes on.

While one source alone may not be at a danger level, the combination of all sources in your home can contribute to health issues. Many times homeowners assume the people in their homes are suffering from allergies, colds, or the flu, but these symptoms could actually be an alert that the home has poor indoor air quality. Other signs of poor indoor air quality are fatigue, coughing, sneezing, headaches, sore throats, dizziness, nose bleeds, and congestion. Unchecked, poor indoor air quality can trigger or cause the development of more serious, and often, chronic illnesses, or even life-threatening conditions like cancer.
ACTIVEPURE "ACTIVE" VS "PASSIVE"
ACTIVE (ACTIVEPURE)
- Aggressive Pro-active Approach
- Destroys Bacteria Effectively
- Technology relies on air current to take it to the source of the issue
- Travels through fabrics to treat contaminants harboring in seat cushions and tight spots where disinfectants/wipes cannot reach
- Takes care of particles under .003 microns with ionization
- Little to no maintenance
- Very Low energy consumption
PASSIVE (FILTERS,UV, IONIZERS, SCRUBBERS)
- Unassertive Inactive Approach
- Simply “Deactivates” Bacteria (bacteria can reactivate in certain conditions)
- Air is required to pass through a unit or UV bulb to be treated
- Filters can themselves become a source of pollution – having limited effect on VOCs, odors, indoor pollutants, mold and mildew
- Virtually impossible for all air to pass through the system
Filters need to be constantly replaced which is an extra expense
